Invest in the People You Love.

Estate and trust planning is the best investment you

can make to ensure the future of your loved ones.

  • WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
    1. You will be sent an intake form on purchase. That form can be filled out at your convenience.

    2. Design Meeting - once your form is submitted, you will meet with Brandon to discuss the design of your trust. We have found this meeting is best over Zoom to allow screen sharing and diagrams.

    3. Drafting - we will draft your documents based on your design meeting

    4. Review - you will meet with Brandon to review your documents

    5. Signing - notarize and sign your documents. We will make digital copies as well.

    6. Asset Planning - a final meeting to discuss the proper transfer of your assets to your trust.
  • I'VE NEVER HAD AN ESTATE PLAN DONE BEFORE - IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
    - Every CA resident has a default estate plan. It is called probate. If you own assets, those assets will go through probate upon your passing. Probate is public, expensive (usually at least $25,000), time-consuming, and a burden on family.).

    - My criteria is simple - do you have kids, property, or a business? If you have two or more, it is time for a CA Trust. This will prevent your most valuable assets from going into probate and being tied up in court proceedings for at least 10 months.
  • I HAVE AN OLD ESTATE PLAN THAT ISN'T UP TO DATE ANYMORE - IS THIS A GOOD OPTION FOR ME?
Yes. Restating your trust in full is always the preferred method if your trust is severely out of date (over 20 years) and substantial changes need to be made to the substantive terms of the Trust (beneficiaries, trustees, distributions, etc.)
  • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Usually, the process takes three weeks. However, that can be sped up or slowed down depending on your availability.
  • CAN I PURCHASE THIS AND GIFT IT TO A FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, you can. However, the client is the person creating the Trust and all confidentiality and attorney privileges exist between our Firm and the Client, not the purchaser.
  • DO I NEED TO LIVE IN CALIFORNIA?
Yes! All estates, and the transfer of your estate to loved ones, are governed by state law. So you want to make sure you live in CA before purchasing a CA estate plan.
  • IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
There is a strict no refunds policy. Thank you for your understanding.
  • WILL THIS BE AVAILABLE BEYOND BLACK FRIDAY?
We always offer our Estate & Trust Plans, but the price won’t ever be this low. If this is something you're considering, we highly recommend acting now and accessing this special deal.
